Meredith Pierson and Missy Jerfita Team Up as Pierson Joins Compass
Compass is thrilled to announce that award-winning agents Missy Jerfita and Meredith Pierson have joined forces to form the full-service Jerfita Pierson Team, consisting of five ensuite licensed agents and two dedicated support staff members. By combining forces, the team’s reach will extend from Chicago to the North Shore, doubling the territory they service and optimizing resources to reach wider audiences. In the last 5 years, Missy and Meredith, both second-generation real estate agents with a combined 26 years of industry experience, collectively sold over $300 million in sales volume.

Since starting her business in May of 2017, Pierson has closed over 120 transactions for a total of over $65 million in volume. Additionally, she has won numerous awards, including Chicago Magazine's Top Real Estate Agents – 2019, 2021, 2022; Chicago Realtors Top Producer- 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022; and Chicago Association of Realtors Rookie of the Year nomination - 2019.
Jerfita began her real estate career in 2003 and quickly became a consistent Top Producer along the North Shore. She is a Compass Glenview Founding Team and is part of the Compass Legends Society Inaugural Class of 2022.
