Compass Adds Shereen Wallace to Indiana Sales Management Team

INDIANAPOLIS, IN, MARCH 23, 2023 -- Compass, Inc., the largest residential real estate brokerage in the United States[^1], today announced that Shereen Wallace has joined the company as Sales Manager for the company’s office in Indianapolis. Wallace brings over 20 years of experience serving the Indiana real estate markets and has made the transition from Arbor Homes to Compass’ sales management team.

Wallace has exclusively served Indiana real estate markets since 1999 where her initial introduction to the industry was working as a real estate agent for a local brokerage helping buyers and sellers in Arden, Broad Ripple, Rocky Ripple, and the Northside of Indianapolis. Wallace ultimately chose the sales management career path to support agents in developing their businesses while focusing on leadership, sales, and recruiting. Her experience in client relations and passion for seeing others succeed will be instrumental in guiding Compass agents as the local markets evolve. 

“I've done just about everything in real estate,” said Wallace. “I've trained, coached, sold, and managed teams. After working on the builder side for some time, I’m excited to go back to the brokerage world.”

As the Compass agent client-referral network continues to grow, Wallace also will support agents in making connections that will increase referrals.
