Real Estate Academy of Leadership Graduates Compass Indiana's Richie Holmes, Opening New Doors for Career and Leadership

The Real Estate Academy of Leadership was established in 1995 with the purpose of identifying and educating MIBOR members who show interest and potential in leadership. Since its founding, more than 450 REALTOR® and affiliate members have successfully completed the program, earning the distinction of becoming Fellows of REA, including Compass Indiana’s very own Richie Holmes.

Spanning nine months, the program equips participants with the necessary skills to become effective leaders not only within MIBOR but also in the broader real estate industry and their communities. The monthly full-day sessions cover a wide range of topics, including understanding one's own personality type and fostering effective collaboration, REALTOR® association governance, professionalism, economic and community development, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Aside from being an exceptional learning experience, REAL also presents valuable networking opportunities. The small class size ensures participants have enhanced access to the speakers and facilitators of each session, fostering the development of strong and enduring relationships with their fellow classmates, individuals they may not have otherwise had the chance to meet.

Being accepted into REAL is an exciting achievement that opens the door to the next phase of the graduate’s career as a professional and as a leader. Richie’s commitment to professional development and leadership is truly inspiring. Compass is proud of this achievement and is excited to see the impact Richie will have on the real estate industry. Congratulations on this well-deserved accomplishment!

Advance your career and apply for the 2023-2024 Real Estate Academy of Leadership today!
